Destitution

We work with our partners to challenge migrant destitution - providing legal advice in partnership with frontline homelessness charities and advocating for policy change, alongside our JustCitizens project and coalition partners.

Roof Coalition

We are founding members of the Roof Coalition (formerly the Stop Lock Change Evictions Coalition) which is a campaign led by social justice lawyers, migrant advocacy and frontline homelessness charities and grassroots activists who are seeking to secure safe, dignified housing for asylum seekers and refugees in Scotland.

We provide strategic legal input to the campaign, as well as direct legal advice and representation on strategic issues, focusing most recently on the impact of Covid-19 on conditions of asylum accommodation.

#EndHotelDetention

We are taking part in the the #EndHotelDetention campaign launched by the Roof Coalition.
