Referral
If you want to ask us to provide legal advice about your own legal case, please complete our referral form. We are only able to accept referrals in the areas in which we provide legal advice.
- Our Scottish Women’s Rights Centre supports women aged 16 and over who have been affected by violence and abuse in Scotland.
- Our Scottish Refugee & Migrant Centre works with asylum seekers, refugees and migrants who are women or children, or who are destitute, or who are seeking advice on a family reunion matter.
- Our Scottish Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Centre supports survivors of trafficking and labour exploitation.
- Our Scottish Just Law Centre works on strategic cases having to do with inequality and disability or trans justice, only taking referrals from organisations (not individuals).
Before you make a referral, please see our Legal Factsheets and our Legal Helplines & Surgeries covering many issues that affect our clients.
A referral helps us to help you. Filling in our referral form helps us better understand your case and provide a more suitable response or recommend other services that can help.
