Asylum and Gender-Based Violence

This upcoming webinar will cover asylum, gender-based violence and rights for women in Scotland.

It has been designed for violence against women organisations and support workers in Scotland but will also be useful for third sector staff and volunteers, community-based organisations and anyone interested in learning more about the topic.

The webinar will cover:

• An overview of the asylum process with a focus on asylum claims relating to gender-based violence
• Key changes to the asylum process as a result of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022
