Katerina is the Reporting & Compliance Officer at JustRight Scotland, supporting the organisation to strengthen how it understands, evidences and communicates the impact of its transformative work.
She contributes to the development of reporting, evaluation and organisational learning processes that support meaningful decision-making, collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Her professional background spans psychotherapy, community practice, scientific and interdisciplinary research, and higher education teaching, bringing together experience in evidence generation, evaluation and cross-sector collaboration. Alongside her research and teaching, she has worked clinically with children, young people, families and communities facing marginalisation, supporting individuals experiencing complex social, psychological and systemic challenges.
