Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill: we signed a joint parliamentary briefing

We’ve joined over 110 organisations in signing a joint briefing to Peers ahead of the Second Reading of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill on 1 May.

Led by CRAE, UNICEF UK and NSPCC, for the Children’s Charities Coalition, the briefing calls for a statutory duty on Ministers to consider children’s rights and a requirement for mandatory Child Rights Impact Assessments (CRIAs).
