Dan is our Director of Organisational Development (Interim).
Dan’s background has been mostly in the fields of Business Development and Further and Higher Education. His work has supported education and the development of skills as a route to opportunity and a way out of poverty. Dan is a strong supporter of volunteering and the role of the third sector as forces for good in our society. He is also a trustee with the Voluntary Support Gateway in West Lothian (VSGWL).
Dan is passionate about human rights and believes every person is of absolute equal value, deserving encouragement and appreciation for being their authentic self. Marginalisation is unacceptable to Dan, and he is proud to have delivered projects aimed at supporting those facing barriers to success caused by the actions of society or others.
